Life is fluid, each moment flowing into the next whether we are ready for change or not. Since my first diagnosable PTSD break, my life has continuously changed shape, and shown that nothing is permanent and truth often lingers below the surface. We must first have the courage to scratch the surface. This blog is my attempt to be brave and show how child abuse altered my body and mind, and also how one can learn to take control over their past rather than allowing the past to rule their lives. Thank you for listening to my story.
